Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply Connection:

    • Connect the positive terminal of the power supply to the VCC pin.
    • Connect the negative terminal of the power supply to the GND pin.
  2. Output Configuration:

    • Connect the load to the VOUT pin.
    • Ensure the load current does not exceed the maximum continuous output current (100 mA).
  3. Shutdown Mode:

    • To enter shutdown mode, apply a low signal (0 V) to the SHDN pin.
    • The device will consume minimal current (0.1 渭A) in this mode.
  4. Thermal Management:

    • Ensure adequate heat dissipation to keep the device within the operating temperature range (-40掳C to 85掳C).
    • Avoid exceeding the thermal shutdown temperature (160掳C) to prevent damage.
  5. Capacitor Requirements:

    • Place a 1 渭F ceramic capacitor close to the VCC and GND pins for stability.
    • Optionally, place a 10 渭F electrolytic capacitor between VOUT and GND for better transient response.
  6. PCB Layout:

    • Use short traces and wide paths for power and ground connections to minimize inductance and resistance.
    • Keep the layout compact to reduce noise and improve performance.
  7. Storage:

    • Store the device in a dry environment within the storage temperature range (-65掳C to 150掳C).
  8. Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge and mechanical damage.
    • Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions during handling and assembly.
