Instructions for Using BUZ382:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
    • Connect the Vcc pin to the positive supply and GND to the ground.
  2. Input Signal:

    • For a high input signal, ensure the voltage is between 3.15V and 5.5V.
    • For a low input signal, ensure the voltage is between 0V and 1.5V.

    • When sourcing current, connect the load between the output pin and ground.
