Instructions for Use:

  1. Voltage Handling:

    • Ensure that the drain-source voltage (VDS) does not exceed 100V to prevent damage.
    • The gate-source voltage (VGS) should be kept within ±20V to avoid gate oxide breakdown.
  2. Current Handling:

    • The continuous drain current (ID) should not exceed 5A at ambient temperature (TA) of 25°C.
    • For pulse applications, the peak pulse current (ID pul) can reach up to 10A for pulses lasting no longer than 300 μs.
  3. Power Dissipation:

    • The maximum power dissipation (PD) is 1.25W at an ambient temperature of 25°C. Ensure adequate heat sinking if operating near this limit.
  4. Temperature Management:

    • The junction temperature (TJ) must not exceed 150°C to ensure reliable operation.
    • Store the device in an environment where the temperature ranges from -55°C to 150°C.
  5. Mounting and Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid mechanical stress.
    • Use appropriate thermal management techniques, such as heatsinks or cooling fans, especially in high-power applications.
  6. Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection:

    • The device is sensitive to ESD. Use proper ESD protection measures during handling and installation.
  7. Testing and Verification:
