Instructions for Use

  1. Power Supply Connection:

    • Connect the Vcc pin to the positive terminal of the power supply.
    • Connect the GND pin to the negative terminal of the power supply.
  2. Output Configuration:

    • The output is an open collector, so it requires a pull-up resistor connected between the output pin and Vcc.
    • The typical value for the pull-up resistor is 1k惟 to 10k惟.
  3. Magnetic Field Detection:

    • Place the sensor in the magnetic field you wish to detect.
    • The sensor will switch its output from high to low when the magnetic field strength exceeds the operate point (Bop).
    • The output will switch back to high when the magnetic field strength drops below the release point (Brp).
  4. Temperature Considerations:

    • Ensure that the operating temperature is within the specified range (-40掳C to 85掳C) to avoid damage or incorrect operation.
    • Store the sensor in a location where the temperature does not exceed the storage temperature range (-65掳C to 150掳C).
  5. Handling Precautions:

    • Handle the sensor with care to avoid physical damage.
    • Avoid exposing the sensor to excessive mechanical stress or moisture.
  6. Testing:

    • To test the sensor, apply a known magnetic field and observe the output voltage change using a multimeter or oscilloscope.
  7. Mounting:

    • Mount the sensor in a stable position to ensure consistent performance.
    • Use appropriate mounting hardware to secure the sensor if necessary.
  8. Troubleshooting:

    • If the sensor does not respond as expected, check the power supply connections, the pull-up resistor, and the presence of the magnetic field.
    • Ensure that the magnetic field strength is within the detectable range of the sensor.
