Instructions for Use:

  1. Supply Voltage (VDD):

    • Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
    • Connect the supply voltage to the VDD pin.
  2. Output Current (IOUT):

    • The maximum output current is 150mA.
    • Ensure the load does not exceed this limit to avoid damage.
  3. Shutdown Current (ISD):

    • When the enable input (EN) is low, the shutdown current is approximately 0.1μA.
    • Use this feature to minimize power consumption when the device is not in use.
  4. Enable Input (EN):

    • The enable input high-level voltage (VENH) should be between 1.2V and 5.5V.
    • The enable input low-level voltage (VENL) should be less than 0.8V.
    • Connect the enable input to a logic level to control the operation of the regulator.
  5. Output Voltage (VOUT):

    • For VDD = 3.3V, the output voltage (VOUT) will be regulated to 3.3V ± 1.5%.
    • For VDD = 5.0V, the output voltage (VOUT) will be regulated to 5.0V ± 5%.
  6. Load Regulation:

    • The load regulation is 0.1% over the output current range from 0mA to 150mA.
    • This ensures stable output voltage under varying load conditions.
  7. Line Regulation:

    • The line regulation is 0.1% over the supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V.
    • This ensures stable output voltage under varying input conditions.
  8. Dropout Voltage (VDROPOUT):

    • The dropout voltage is 0.3V at an output current of 150mA.
