Instructions for Use:

  1. Handling:

    • Handle the capacitor with care to avoid mechanical stress or damage.
    • Use appropriate ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection when handling.
  2. Mounting:

    • Place the capacitor on the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) according to the design layout.
    • Ensure the capacitor is aligned correctly with the pads.
    • Apply solder paste or flux to the pads before placing the capacitor.
    • Use a reflow soldering process to attach the capacitor to the PCB.
  3. Soldering:

    • Preheat the PCB to the recommended temperature.
    • Use a soldering iron or reflow oven to melt the solder and form a strong joint.
    • Avoid overheating the capacitor; the maximum soldering temperature should not exceed 260掳C for more than 10 seconds.
  4. Inspection:

    • Visually inspect the solder joints to ensure they are smooth, shiny, and free of voids.
    • Check for any physical damage to the capacitor.
  5. Testing:

    • After assembly, test the circuit to ensure the capacitor is functioning correctly.
    • Measure the capacitance using a multimeter or LCR meter to verify it is within the specified tolerance.
  6. Storage:

    • Store the capacitors in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
    • Keep the components in their original packaging until ready for use to protect them from moisture and static electricity.
