Instructions:

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure the relay is mounted on a flat, stable surface.
    • Use appropriate mounting hardware to secure the relay.
    • Connect the coil terminals to the control circuit using wires rated for the coil current.
  2. Wiring:

    • Connect the common (COM) terminal to the power source or load.
    • Connect the normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) terminals to the respective parts of the circuit you want to control.
    • Ensure all connections are tight and secure to prevent arcing or loose connections.
  3. Operation:

    • Apply the rated coil voltage to activate the relay. The contacts will switch from NC to NO.
    • Remove the coil voltage to deactivate the relay. The contacts will return to their default position (NC).
  4. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
    • Clean the relay with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust and debris.
    • Replace the relay if it shows signs of failure or does not meet performance specifications.
  5. Safety:

    • Do not exceed the maximum ratings for voltage, current, and power.
    • Ensure the relay is installed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.
    • Use appropriate fuses or circuit breakers to protect the circuit from overcurrent conditions.
