Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply Connection:

    • Connect the input voltage (VIN) to a stable power source within the range of 4.75V to 5.25V.
    • Ensure the ground (GND) is properly connected to the power source ground.
  2. Output Configuration:

    • The output voltage (VOUT) is fixed at 3.3V and does not require external resistors for adjustment.
    • Connect the load to the VOUT and GND terminals.
  3. Thermal Management:

    • Ensure adequate ventilation or cooling if operating near the maximum output current to prevent overheating.
    • The device can operate within the temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
  4. Load Regulation:

    • The output voltage will remain stable within ±1% over the entire load range from 0 to 0.5A.
  5. Line Regulation:

    • The output voltage will remain stable within ±1% over the entire input voltage range from 4.75V to 5.25V.
  6. Ripple and Noise:

    • The output ripple and noise should be kept below 50mV RMS to ensure clean power supply to sensitive circuits.
  7. Storage:

    • Store the device in a dry environment with temperatures ranging from -65°C to +150°C.
  8. Quiescent Current:

    • The quiescent current is 1.5mA, which is the current consumed by the device when no load is applied.
  9. Efficiency:

    • The efficiency of the device can reach up to 90%, depending on the load and input conditions.
  10. Dropout Voltage:

    • The dropout voltage is 0.5V, meaning the input voltage must be at least 0.5V higher than the output voltage to maintain regulation.
  11. Safety Precautions:

    • Do not exceed the maximum input voltage or current ratings to avoid damaging the device.
    • Avoid short-circuiting the output to prevent potential damage to the device and connected components.
