Instructions for Use:
Input Connection:
- Connect the input voltage (VIN) to the positive terminal of the power supply.
- Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
Output Connection:
- Connect the output voltage (VOUT) to the load or circuit requiring power.
- The output voltage can be set to 1.8V or 3.3V depending on the application.
Ground Connection:
- Connect the ground (GND) pin to the common ground of the system.
Shutdown Pin:
- To enable the device, connect the shutdown (SHDN) pin to VOUT or a high logic level.
- To disable the device, connect the SHDN pin to GND or a low logic level.
Capacitors:
- Place a 1渭F ceramic capacitor close to the input pin (VIN) to stabilize the input voltage.
- Place a 1渭F ceramic capacitor close to the output pin (VOUT) to stabilize the output voltage.
Thermal Considerations:
- Ensure adequate heat dissipation if operating at high output currents or in high ambient temperatures.
- The device can operate up to 85掳C, but performance may degrade at higher temperatures.
Storage:
- Store the device in a dry environment with temperatures between -65掳C and 150掳C.
Handling:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static damage.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions when handling and installing the device.
