Instructions

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure the relay is mounted on a flat, stable surface.
    • Use the provided mounting holes to secure the relay.
    • Avoid placing the relay near sources of high heat or moisture.
  2. Wiring:

    • Connect the coil terminals to the 24V DC power supply.
    • Connect the common (COM) terminal to the circuit you want to control.
    • Connect the normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) terminals as required by your application.
  3. Operation:

    • When the 24V DC is applied to the coil, the relay will energize, and the contacts will switch from NC to NO.
    • When the power is removed, the relay will de-energize, and the contacts will return to their default NC position.
  4. Testing:

    • Use a multimeter to verify the continuity between the COM and NO/NC terminals before and after applying power to the coil.
    • Ensure the relay operates smoothly without any unusual noise or vibration.
  5. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
    • Clean the relay with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust and debris.
    • Do not use solvents or abrasive materials that could damage the relay.
  6. Safety:

    • Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or testing.
    • Ensure the relay is used within its specified voltage and current ratings to avoid damage or failure.
    • Follow all local electrical codes and regulations when installing and using the relay.
