Instructions
Installation:
- Ensure the relay is mounted on a flat, stable surface.
- Use the provided mounting holes to secure the relay.
- Avoid placing the relay near sources of high heat or moisture.
Wiring:
- Connect the coil terminals to the 24V DC power supply.
- Connect the common (COM) terminal to the circuit you want to control.
- Connect the normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) terminals as required by your application.
Operation:
- When the 24V DC is applied to the coil, the relay will energize, and the contacts will switch from NC to NO.
- When the power is removed, the relay will de-energize, and the contacts will return to their default NC position.
Testing:
- Use a multimeter to verify the continuity between the COM and NO/NC terminals before and after applying power to the coil.
- Ensure the relay operates smoothly without any unusual noise or vibration.
Maintenance:
- Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
- Clean the relay with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust and debris.
- Do not use solvents or abrasive materials that could damage the relay.
Safety:
- Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or testing.
- Ensure the relay is used within its specified voltage and current ratings to avoid damage or failure.
- Follow all local electrical codes and regulations when installing and using the relay.
