Instructions for Use

  1. Power Supply:

    • Connect the VCC pin to a stable 5V power supply.
    • Connect the GND pin to the system ground.
  2. Signal Connections:

    • Connect the input video signals to the appropriate input pins (IN1, IN2, IN3, IN4).
    • Connect the output video signals to the appropriate output pins (OUT1, OUT2, OUT3, OUT4).
  3. Sync Processing:

    • The EP8302 automatically processes sync signals. Ensure that the sync signals are correctly connected to the sync input pins (HSYNC, VSYNC).
  4. Enable/Disable:

    • Use the enable pin (EN) to control the operation of the device. Set EN to high to enable the driver, and low to disable it.
  5. Temperature Considerations:

    • Ensure that the operating temperature remains within the specified range to avoid damage or malfunction.
  6. Layout Guidelines:

    • Place the EP8302 close to the video signal sources and destinations to minimize signal degradation.
    • Use short, well-shielded traces for video signals to reduce noise and interference.
  7. Decoupling Capacitors:

    • Place a 0.1渭F ceramic decoupling capacitor between VCC and GND as close to the device as possible to filter out high-frequency noise.
  8. Storage and Handling:

    • Store the EP8302 in a dry, static-free environment.
    • Handle the device with care to avoid damaging the pins or the internal circuitry.
