  5. Timing:
    • Ensure that the access time (150 ns typical) is respected to avoid data corruption.
    • The setup and hold times for address and data lines should be within the specified limits.
  6. Temperature Considerations:
    • Operate within the temperature range of -40掳C to +85掳C for reliable performance.
    • Store the device between -65掳C and +150掳C.
  7. Handling:
    • Handle with care to avoid static damage.
    • Follow standard ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions.

Additional Notes:

  • Data Retention: The device retains data for up to 10 years at 85掳C.
