Instructions for Use
Power Supply:
- Connect the VCC pin to a power supply within the operating voltage range (3.3V to 5.5V DC).
- Connect the GND pin to the ground of the power supply.
Output Connection:
- The output is an open collector NPN transistor. Connect a pull-up resistor between the output (OUT) and VCC.
- The typical value for the pull-up resistor is 10k惟, but it can be adjusted based on the load requirements.
Magnetic Field Detection:
- Place the sensor in the desired location where magnetic field detection is needed.
- The sensor will switch the output to low (ground) when the magnetic field strength exceeds the Bop threshold (-45 Gauss) and switch back to high (VCC) when the magnetic field strength drops below the Brp threshold (+45 Gauss).
Mounting:
- Ensure the sensor is mounted in a stable position to avoid mechanical stress.
- Keep the sensor away from high temperatures and direct exposure to moisture.
Handling:
- Handle the sensor with care to avoid damage to the leads or the internal components.
- Use appropriate ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection when handling the sensor.
Testing:
- To test the sensor, apply a magnetic field near the sensor and observe the output state change.
- Use a multimeter to verify the output voltage levels (high and low).
Storage:
