Instructions for Using BUP314

  1. Supply Voltage (VDD):

    • Ensure the supply voltage is within the specified range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
    • Exceeding this range can damage the device.
  2. Output Current (IOUT):

    • The device can provide a continuous output current up to 100mA.
    • For higher currents, consider using additional heat sinking or a different device.
  3. Quiescent Current (IQ):

  4. Shutdown Current (ISD):
