Instructions for Use

  1. Power Supply:

  2. Addressing:

    • Apply the desired address to the address lines (A0-A14) before the address setup time (tAS).
    • Maintain the address on the address lines for at least the address hold time (tAH).
  3. Data Input:

    • Apply the data to be written to the data lines (DQ0-DQ7) before the data setup time (tDS).
    • Maintain the data on the data lines for at least the data hold time (tDH).
  4. Write Operation:

    • Set the Write Enable (WE) and Chip Enable (CE) pins low to initiate a write cycle.
    • Ensure the write cycle time (tWC) is at least 20 ns.
  5. Read Operation:

    • Set the Output Enable (OE) and Chip Enable (CE) pins low to initiate a read cycle.
    • Ensure the read cycle time (tRC) is at least 20 ns.
    • The data will be available on the data lines (DQ0-DQ7) after the output enable delay (tOE).
  6. Power Down:

    • To enter low power standby mode, set the Chip Enable (CE) pin high.
    • The device will consume minimal current in this state.
  7. Temperature Considerations:

    • Ensure the operating temperature (Ta) remains within the range of -40掳C to +85掳C to avoid damage or performance degradation.
