Instructions for Use:

  1. Input Connection:

    • Connect the LED terminals to the control circuit.
    • Ensure the forward current through the LED does not exceed 10 mA to avoid damage.
  2. Output Connection:

    • Connect the load between the output terminals.
    • Ensure the load voltage does not exceed 60 VDC and the load current does not exceed 0.5 A.
  3. Insulation:

    • Maintain a minimum insulation resistance of 1000 M惟 between the input and output circuits to ensure proper isolation.
  4. Environmental Conditions:

    • Operate the relay within the temperature range of -40掳C to +85掳C.
    • Store the relay within the temperature range of -55掳C to +125掳C.
    • Keep the humidity level between 0% and 95% (non-condensing).
  5. Handling:

    • Handle with care to avoid mechanical stress.
    • Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions to prevent damage.
  6. Mounting:

    • Solder the relay to the PCB following the recommended soldering profile.
    • Ensure proper cooling if used in high-temperature environments.
  7. Testing:

    • Test the relay under typical operating conditions to verify performance.
    • Use a multimeter to check continuity and insulation resistance.
  8. Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards for your application.
