Instructions:
Power Supply Connection:
- Connect the positive terminal of the power supply to the VIN pin.
- Connect the negative terminal of the power supply to the GND pin.
Output Configuration:
- Connect the load to the VOUT pin.
- Use external resistors to set the desired output voltage if adjustable.
Capacitors:
- Place a 10 μF capacitor between VIN and GND to stabilize the input voltage.
- Place a 10 μF capacitor between VOUT and GND to stabilize the output voltage.
Thermal Management:
- Ensure adequate heat dissipation by using a heatsink if the device is expected to operate at high currents or in high ambient temperatures.
Short-Circuit Protection:
