Instructions:

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure that the relay is mounted on a flat, stable surface.
    • Use the provided terminals to connect the coil and contacts to your circuit.
  2. Power Supply:

    • Connect the coil terminals to a 5V DC power supply.
    • Ensure the power supply can provide the required current (0.375W / 66Ω ≈ 56.8mA).
  3. Operation:

    • Apply the pickup voltage (3.75V DC) to the coil to activate the relay.
    • The relay will switch the contacts to the normally open (NO) position.
    • To deactivate the relay, reduce the voltage below the dropout voltage (0.75V DC).
    • The relay will return the contacts to the normally closed (NC) position.
  4. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
    • Ensure the contacts are clean and free from corrosion.
    • Do not exceed the maximum contact rating (5A, 250V AC) to avoid damage.
  5. Environmental Considerations:

    • Store and operate the relay within the specified temperature and humidity ranges.
    • Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures and high humidity to prevent failure.
  6. Safety:

    • Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or installation.
    • Use appropriate safety equipment when handling electrical components.
