Instructions for Use:

  1. Input Connection: Connect the input voltage (VIN) to the input pin. Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range (1.8V to 5.5V).
  2. Output Connection: Connect the output pin to the load or circuit requiring the regulated 3.3V output.
  3. Ground Connection: Ensure a common ground connection between the input and output circuits.
  4. Capacitors:
    • Place a 1渭F ceramic capacitor close to the input pin to filter noise and stabilize the input voltage.
    • Place a 1渭F ceramic capacitor close to the output pin to stabilize the output voltage and improve transient response.
  5. Thermal Management: The device has built-in thermal shutdown protection, but ensure adequate heat dissipation if operating at high current or in high ambient temperatures.
  6. Short-Circuit Protection: The device includes short-circuit protection, which limits the output current to approximately 1.2A. If a short circuit occurs, the device will automatically shut down and restart once the fault is cleared.
  7. Operating Temperature: The device is designed to operate over a wide temperature range (-40掳C to 125掳C). Ensure that the ambient temperature does not exceed these limits.
  8. Storage Temperature: Store the device in a dry environment within the storage temperature range (-65掳C to 150掳C).
