Instructions for Use

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure that the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the specified range of 2.0V to 6.0V.
    • Connect the Vcc pin to the positive power supply and GND to the ground.
  2. Input Signals:

    • The input signals (A, B, C, G1, G2A, G2B) should be within the valid logic levels:
      • Low level (0): 0.0V to 0.8V
      • High level (1): 2.0V to Vcc
    • Ensure that the input signals are stable and within the specified voltage ranges to avoid undefined behavior.
  3. Output Signals:

    • The output signals (Y0 to Y7) will be active low when the corresponding address inputs match the selected combination and the enable inputs (G1, G2A, G2B) are active.
    • The output low level voltage (VOL) should be between 0.1V and 0.5V.
    • The output high level voltage (VOH) should be at least 2.7V or up to Vcc.
  4. Enable Inputs:

    • G1, G2A, and G2B are the enable inputs. The device is enabled when G1 is high, and both G2A and G2B are low.
    • If any of these conditions are not met, all outputs will be high (inactive).
  5. Temperature Considerations:

    • The operating temperature range is from -40掳C to 85掳C.
    • The storage temperature range is from -65掳C to 150掳C. Ensure that the device is stored and operated within these temperature limits to prevent damage.
  6. Handling and Storage:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the internal circuitry.
    • Store the device in a dry and cool environment to prevent moisture damage.
  7. Testing and Troubleshooting:

    • Verify the supply voltage and input signals using a multimeter to ensure they are within the specified ranges.
    • Check the output signals to confirm that the correct outputs are active low based on the input combinations.
    • If the device does not function as expected, check for proper connections and power supply stability.
