Instructions for Use:

  1. Supply Voltages:

    • Ensure that the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 10 to 20 V.
    • The high-side floating supply voltage (VB) should be between 5.5 V and 20 V.
  2. Input Logic Levels:

    • The input logic high level voltage (VILH) should not exceed VCC - 1.5 V.
    • The input logic low level voltage (VILL) should be between 0 and 1.4 V.
  3. Output Levels:

    • The output high-level voltage (VOH) will be between VCC - 0.6 V and VCC - 0.3 V when the output current (IOL) is 2 A.
    • The output low-level voltage (VOL) will be between 0.4 V and 1.8 V when the output current (IOL) is 2 A.
  4. Driver Output Currents:

    • The high-side driver output current (IOH) can be up to 2 A when VOH = VB - 0.3 V.
    • The low-side driver output current (IOL) can also be up to 2 A when VOL = 1.8 V.
  5. Propagation Delays:

    • The propagation delay time from high to low (tdHL) and from low to high (tdLH) should be within the range of 40 to 90 ns under typical conditions (VCC = 15 V, VB = 15 V, VIN = 5 V, CL = 100 pF).
  6. Temperature Considerations:

    • The maximum operating junction temperature (TJ(max)) is 150掳C.
    • Store the device in an environment with temperatures ranging from -40掳C to 150掳C.
