Instructions for Use:
- Mounting: Ensure that the leads are not bent sharply close to the body of the capacitor. Use a lead bending radius of at least twice the diameter of the lead.
- Polarity: This is an electrolytic capacitor and must be connected with correct polarity. The positive terminal is marked on the capacitor.
- Voltage Rating: Do not exceed the rated voltage of 125VDC. Continuous operation above this voltage can cause failure.
- Temperature: Operate within the temperature range of -40掳C to +85掳C. Exceeding these limits can degrade performance and lifespan.
- Storage: Store in a dry environment with temperatures between -25掳C and +50掳C.
- Soldering: Preheat the capacitor to 70掳C to 80掳C before soldering. Soldering time should not exceed 3 seconds per connection, and the temperature should not exceed 260掳C.
- Inspection: After installation, visually inspect the capacitor for any damage or misalignment. Ensure that the leads are securely soldered.
- Testing: Before applying full voltage, perform a low-voltage test to ensure the capacitor is functioning correctly. Gradually increase the voltage to the rated value while monitoring for any abnormalities.
