Instructions for Use:

  1. Forward Voltage (VF):

    • Ensure the forward voltage across the input LED does not exceed 1.8V at a forward current of 20 mA.
  2. Reverse Voltage (VR):

    • The reverse voltage should not exceed 5V to avoid damaging the input LED.
  3. Continuous Forward Current (IF):

    • The continuous forward current through the input LED should not exceed 30 mA at an ambient temperature of 25°C.
  4. Peak Forward Current (IF(pk)):

    • The peak forward current can be up to 100 mA for pulse durations of 1 ms or less with a 1% duty cycle.
  5. Output Current (IC):

    • The output transistor can handle a maximum continuous collector current of 30 mA when the collector-emitter voltage is 5V.
  6. Output Collector-Emitter Saturation Voltage (VCE(sat)):

    • The saturation voltage between the collector and emitter should not exceed 0.7V when the collector current is 10 mA.
  7. Isolation Voltage (VIORM):

    • The device provides an isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms for 1 minute at 50/60 Hz.
