Instructions for Use
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage is within the specified range of 2.5V to 5.5V.
- Connect VCC to the positive power supply and GND to the ground.
Pin Configuration:
- VCC: Power supply input.
- GND: Ground.
- A0-A10: Address lines.
- D0-D7: Data lines.
- /CS: Chip select (active low).
- /WE: Write enable (active low).
- /OE: Output enable (active low).
Read Operation:
- Set /CS to low to select the chip.
- Set /OE to low to enable output.
- Apply the desired address to A0-A10.
- Data will be available on D0-D7 after the access time.
Write Operation:
- Set /CS to low to select the chip.
- Set /WE to low to enable writing.
- Apply the desired address to A0-A10.
- Apply the data to be written to D0-D7.
- Hold /WE low for at least the write cycle time (5 ms).
- Return /WE to high to complete the write operation.
Standby Mode:
- Set /CS to high to put the device into standby mode.
- In this mode, the device consumes minimal current (1 渭A max).
Temperature Considerations:
- Ensure the operating temperature is within the range of -40掳C to 85掳C to avoid damage or malfunction.
Endurance:
- The device can withstand up to 1,000,000 write/erase cycles.
Storage:
- Store the device in a dry, cool place to prevent moisture damage.
