Instructions

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure the relay is installed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.
    • Secure the relay using the provided mounting hardware to avoid mechanical stress on the terminals.
  2. Wiring:

    • Connect the control circuit to the coil terminals (1 and 2).
    • Connect the load circuit to the contact terminals (3, 4, and 5) as per the contact form (SPDT).
  3. Operation:

    • Apply the operating voltage (12V DC) to the coil terminals to energize the relay.
    • When the relay is energized, the normally open (NO) contact will close, and the normally closed (NC) contact will open.
    • When the relay is de-energized, the contacts will return to their default positions.
  4. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for any signs of wear or damage.
    • Clean the relay with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris.
  5. Safety:

    • Do not exceed the rated voltage or current to avoid damage to the relay.
    • Ensure the relay is disconnected from the power source before performing any maintenance or testing.
    • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling electrical components.
