Instructions for Use
Power Supply:
- Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range (12V - 24V DC) to avoid damage to the relay module.
Installation:
- Mount the relay module on a suitable surface using the provided mounting holes or clips.
- Ensure proper ventilation to prevent overheating.
Wiring:
- Connect the positive terminal of the power supply to the VCC pin.
- Connect the negative terminal of the power supply to the GND pin.
- Connect the control signal to the IN pin.
- Connect the load to the COM and NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) terminals as required.
Operation:
- When a control signal is applied to the IN pin, the relay will switch the contacts from the NC position to the NO position.
- When the control signal is removed, the relay will return to its default state (NC position).
Maintenance:
- Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
- Clean the relay with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or solvents.
Safety:
- Do not exceed the maximum switching capacity of the relay to prevent electrical hazards.
- Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated to avoid short circuits.
- Follow all local electrical codes and regulations when installing and using the relay.
