Instructions for Use

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range (12V - 24V DC) to avoid damage to the relay module.
  2. Installation:

    • Mount the relay module on a suitable surface using the provided mounting holes or clips.
    • Ensure proper ventilation to prevent overheating.
  3. Wiring:

    • Connect the positive terminal of the power supply to the VCC pin.
    • Connect the negative terminal of the power supply to the GND pin.
    • Connect the control signal to the IN pin.
    • Connect the load to the COM and NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) terminals as required.
  4. Operation:

    • When a control signal is applied to the IN pin, the relay will switch the contacts from the NC position to the NO position.
    • When the control signal is removed, the relay will return to its default state (NC position).
  5. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
    • Clean the relay with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or solvents.
  6. Safety:

    • Do not exceed the maximum switching capacity of the relay to prevent electrical hazards.
    • Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated to avoid short circuits.
    • Follow all local electrical codes and regulations when installing and using the relay.
