Instructions for Using L9113:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 2.0V to 7.0V.
- Connect the Vcc pin to the positive terminal of your power supply and the GND pin to the ground.
Input Signals:
- Apply logic high (VIH) or low (VIL) signals to the input pins as required.
- Logic high should be between 2.0V and 7.0V.
- Logic low should be between 0V and 1.5V.
Output Configuration:
- The L9113 can drive loads up to 20mA continuously and 100mA peak per output pin.
- Ensure the load resistance is appropriate to avoid exceeding the maximum current ratings.
- The output voltage high (VOH) will be around 4.5V when the output is high and no current is drawn.
- The output voltage low (VOL) will be around 0.4V when the output is low and 20mA is drawn.
Quiescent Current:

Temperature Considerations:
