Instructions for Using L9113:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 2.0V to 7.0V.
    • Connect the Vcc pin to the positive terminal of your power supply and the GND pin to the ground.
  2. Input Signals:

    • Apply logic high (VIH) or low (VIL) signals to the input pins as required.
    • Logic high should be between 2.0V and 7.0V.
    • Logic low should be between 0V and 1.5V.
  3. Output Configuration:

    • The L9113 can drive loads up to 20mA continuously and 100mA peak per output pin.
    • Ensure the load resistance is appropriate to avoid exceeding the maximum current ratings.
    • The output voltage high (VOH) will be around 4.5V when the output is high and no current is drawn.
    • The output voltage low (VOL) will be around 0.4V when the output is low and 20mA is drawn.
  4. Quiescent Current:

    • The quiescent current (IQ) is the current drawn by the IC when all inputs are low. It ranges from 0.1mA to 5.0mA.
  5. Temperature Considerations:

    • Operate the IC within the temperature range of -40掳C to 85掳C for reliable performance.
    • Store the IC within the temperature range of -65掳C to 150掳C.
  6. Handling Precautions:

    • Handle the IC with care to avoid static damage.
    • Ensure proper heat dissipation if operating at higher currents or temperatures.
  7. Application Examples:

    • Use the L9113 for driving LEDs, relays, or other small loads that require low to moderate current.
