Instructions:

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure the relay is installed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.
    • Use the quick-connect terminals to connect the relay to your circuit.
  2. Power Supply:

    • Connect the relay coil to a 12VDC power source.
    • Ensure the supply voltage does not exceed the rated voltage to avoid damage to the relay.
  3. Load Connection:

    • Connect the load to the NO (Normally Open) and COM (Common) terminals for control.
    • For normally closed operation, use the NC (Normally Closed) and COM terminals.
  4. Operation:

    • When the coil is energized, the contacts will switch from their normal state (NC to COM) to the activated state (NO to COM).
    • The relay can handle up to 10A of current and 250VAC or 30VDC of voltage.
  5. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for any signs of wear or damage.
    • Clean the relay with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris.
  6. Safety Precautions:

    • Do not exceed the maximum switching current or voltage ratings.
    • Avoid operating the relay in environments with high humidity or extreme temperatures.
    • Ensure proper grounding to prevent electrical shock.
  7. Storage:

    • Store the relay in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and corrosive materials.
