Instructions for Using UCC2960DR

  1. Power Supply Connection:

    • Connect the input supply voltage (V_IN) to the appropriate pin.
    • Ensure the supply voltage is within the specified range (3.1V to 5.5V).
  2. Enable Pin Configuration:

    • The enable pin (EN) controls the operation of the device.
    • Apply a voltage greater than V_ENH (1.2V) to enable the device.
    • Apply a voltage less than V_ENL (0.8V) to disable the device.
  3. Output Voltage:

    • The output voltage (V_OUT) is fixed at 6.8V and is used internally by the device.
    • Do not connect external loads directly to this pin without proper regulation or protection circuits.
  4. Thermal Management:

    • Monitor the operating temperature to ensure it stays below the thermal shutdown temperature (160掳C).
    • Use heat sinks or other cooling methods if necessary to maintain safe operating temperatures.
  5. Current Limiting:

    • The device can source up to 100mA of current.
    • Ensure that the load does not exceed this maximum current to avoid damage.
  6. Shutdown Mode:
