Instructions for Use

  1. Handling:

    • Secure the diode by soldering both leads.
  4. Testing:

    • After soldering, visually inspect the solder joints for quality.
    • Use a multimeter to check the forward and reverse characteristics of the diode.
    • Ensure that the forward voltage drop is within the specified range (0.7V max at 1A).
  5. Storage:

    • Store the diodes in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
    • Keep them in their original packaging to protect from moisture and physical damage.
  6. Troubleshooting:

    • If the diode fails to conduct in the forward direction, check for open circuits or incorrect polarity.
