Instructions for Use:

1. Handling:

   • Handle with care to avoid mechanical damage.
   • Use appropriate ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions.

2. Mounting:

   • Ensure the solder pads are clean and free from contaminants.
   • Apply a small amount of solder paste to the pads if using reflow soldering.

3. Soldering:

   • Use a soldering iron or reflow oven with a temperature profile suitable for surface mount components.
   • For hand soldering, use a temperature range of 300掳C to 350掳C.
   • For reflow soldering, follow the recommended temperature profile:
     • Preheat: 120掳C to 150掳C for 60 to 90 seconds.
     • Soak: 170掳C to 190掳C for 60 to 90 seconds.
     • Reflow: 210掳C to 230掳C for 30 to 60 seconds.
     • Cooling: Natural cooling to room temperature.

4. Inspection:

   • Visually inspect the solder joints for proper wetting and no voids.

5. Storage:
