Instructions for Use:

  1. Handling:

  3. Soldering:

    • For hand soldering, use a temperature range of 300掳C to 350掳C.
    • For reflow soldering, follow the recommended temperature profile:
      • Preheat: 120掳C to 150掳C for 60 to 90 seconds.
      • Soak: 170掳C to 190掳C for 60 to 90 seconds.
      • Reflow: 210掳C to 230掳C for 30 to 60 seconds.
      • Cooling: Natural cooling to room temperature.
  4. Inspection:

    • Visually inspect the solder joints for proper wetting and no voids.
    • Use a multimeter to verify the resistance value if necessary.
  5. Storage:

    • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
    • Keep the components in their original packaging until ready for use.
