Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure that the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 10V to 20V.
    • The bootstrap supply voltage (VBS) should also be within the same range.
  2. Input Logic Levels:

    • For a valid high input, the voltage (VIH) must be at least 4.5V.
    • For a valid low input, the voltage (VIL) must not exceed 0.8V.
  3. Output Current:

    • The device can source up to 1.0A and sink up to 1.5A, with typical values being 0.5A and -1.0A, respectively.
  4. Timing Parameters:

    • The propagation delay (tpd) is typically between 40ns and 60ns.
    • The rise time (tr) and fall time (tf) are both typically between 20ns and 30ns.
  5. Temperature Considerations:

    • The device is designed to operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to 125°C.
    • It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -55°C to 150°C.
