Instructions for Use

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure that the relay is installed in a location where it will not be exposed to excessive heat, moisture, or mechanical stress.
    • Mount the relay on a flat, stable surface using the provided mounting holes or adhesive.
  2. Electrical Connections:

    • Connect the coil terminals to the control circuit using the specified coil voltage (24V DC).
    • Connect the common (COM), normally open (NO), and normally closed (NC) contacts to the load circuit according to your application requirements.
  3. Operation:

    • When the control circuit applies the nominal coil voltage, the relay will energize, causing the contacts to switch from the NC position to the NO position.
    • When the control circuit removes the voltage, the relay will de-energize, and the contacts will return to their default NC position.
  4. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear, damage, or contamination.
    • If the relay is used in a high-dust environment, clean the contacts periodically to ensure reliable operation.
  5. Safety Precautions:

    • Do not exceed the maximum switching capacity of the contacts.
    • Ensure proper insulation and grounding to prevent electrical shock.
    • Do not operate the relay outside its specified temperature range.
  6. Disposal:

    • Dispose of the relay in accordance with local environmental regulations.
