Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the specified range of 4.75V to 5.25V.
- The quiescent current (ICC) should not exceed 10mA.
Input Levels:
- For a valid high input (VIH), the voltage must be between 3.15V and 5.25V.
- For a valid low input (VIL), the voltage must be between 0V and 2.1V.
Output Levels:
- When the output is high (VOH), it should be at least 2.4V when sourcing 0.4mA.
- When the output is low (VOL), it should be no more than 0.6V when sinking 8.0mA.
Propagation Delays:
- The propagation delay time (tpd) from input to output should be between 12ns and 18ns.
- The high-to-low propagation delay time (tphl) and low-to-high propagation delay time (tplh) should also be within this range.
Skew:
- The maximum skew (tskew) between different outputs should not exceed 3ns.
Temperature Ranges:
