Instructions:

1. Preparation: Ensure the device is powered off before connecting or disconnecting it from any circuit.
2. Power On: Press the power button to turn on the device.
3. Select Measurement Mode: Use the mode button to select between voltage and current measurement modes.
4. Perform Measurement:
