   • Ensure that the reverse voltage applied to the device does not exceed the maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 400V.
   • The maximum DC blocking voltage (VRM) should not be exceeded.

2. Current Handling:

   • The average rectified output current at ambient temperature (IO(AV)) is up to 30A. Adjust usage based on operating conditions and temperature.
   • For applications where the case temperature can reach 75°C, the average rectified output current is reduced to 24A.

3. Surge Currents:

   • The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 180A for short durations (t = 8.3 ms), provided the junction temperature is maintained at 25°C.

4. Temperature Management:

   • Monitor the junction temperature (Tj) which can range from -55°C to 175°C.
   • Store the device within the storage temperature range (-55°C to 150°C).
