Instructions for Use:

  1. Supply Voltage (VCC): Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 4.5V to 28V.

  3. Continuous Current Handling: The device can handle up to 30A continuously per channel. For peak currents up to 60A, use 10ms pulses.
  4. Thermal Management: Monitor the temperature to avoid exceeding 170°C, which triggers thermal shutdown.
  5. Under Voltage Protection: The device will not operate below 4.0V due to under-voltage lockout protection.
  6. Output Configuration: When operating at continuous current, the output low voltage should be around 0.4V.
  7. Power Dissipation: Keep the power dissipation below 10W at an ambient temperature of 25°C to ensure reliable operation.
